    From the main entrance of your hotel in Manuel Antonio, head towards the main road (Avenida 2). Walk down Avenida 2 for about 10 minutes until you reach a T-junction. At the T-junction, turn left onto the main road (Route 618) heading towards Quepos. Continue walking straight for approximately 15-20 minutes. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park, which will be on your right side.

    Locate the nearest bus stop along Avenida 2. Buses to Quepos frequently run from Manuel Antonio. Board the bus and inform the driver you're going to Manuel Antonio National Park. The bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes. After disembarking, walk back towards the entrance of the park, which should be visible. Follow the signs to the main entrance.
