Walking
From Playa Flamingo, start by heading towards the main road, Route 180. As you walk, keep the beach on your left. Continue walking along the beach path until you reach the intersection with Route 180. Turn left onto Route 180 and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass a few local shops and eateries along the way. After 1.5 kilometers, you will see a sign for Sugar Beach Road. Turn right onto Sugar Beach Road and continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach Sugar Beach.

From Playa Flamingo, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route 180. Buses run frequently towards Las Catalinas. Board the bus heading to Las Catalinas and inform the driver you want to get off at Sugar Beach. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive, walk towards Sugar Beach Road and follow it for 500 meters to reach the beach.
