From the main entrance of Rincon de la Vieja National Park, take the road towards Curubandé. Follow the signs leading to Liberia. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork towards Curubandé. Continue driving for another 10-15 minutes until you see a sign for La Leona Waterfall. There is parking available near the entrance. Note that you may need to pay a small fee for parking, and the entry fee for the waterfall may also apply.

From Liberia, you can take a bus to Curubandé. Buses leave from the main bus terminal in Liberia regularly.
