Getting There

    From the main entrance of Rincon de la Vieja National Park, take the road towards Curubandé. Follow the signs leading to Liberia. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork towards Curubandé. Continue driving for another 10-15 minutes until you see a sign for La Leona Waterfall. There is parking available near the entrance. Note that you may need to pay a small fee for parking, and the entry fee for the waterfall may also apply.

    From Liberia, you can take a bus to Curubandé. Buses leave from the main bus terminal in Liberia regularly. Once you arrive in Curubandé, you will need to hire a taxi to take you to La Leona Waterfall. The taxi ride should take about 20 minutes.
