From Santa Rosa National Park, exit the park via the main entrance. After exiting, turn right onto Route 1 (Interamericana Norte). Continue on Route 1 for approximately 40 kilometers (about 25 miles) until you reach the intersection with Route 180. Here, turn left onto Route 180 towards Huacas. Follow Route 180 for about 10 kilometers (6 miles), and then merge onto Route 155. Continue on Route 155 until you reach Playa Flamingo. The beach area is located at C6J8+M56, Provincia de Guanacaste. Be aware that parking may incur fees depending on the time of year and the location you choose to park.

Public Transportation
From Santa Rosa National Park, you will need to take a bus from the nearest bus station to Liberia. Exit the park and head towards the town of Liberia (approximately 30 km from the park).
