Getting there

Car

If you are driving from Zagreb, take the A1 highway towards Rijeka. After approximately 140 km, take the exit for the D103 road towards Cres. Continue on D103 until you reach the ferry terminal for Cres in Porozina. Take the ferry to Cres (please note that ferry tickets typically cost around 50 HRK for a car and driver, and the journey takes about 20 minutes). Once you arrive in Cres, follow the signs to the city center. Fontana Jadran is located in the city center, near the waterfront.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Zagreb to Rijeka. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes approximately 2 hours. Once in Rijeka, you can take a bus to the ferry terminal at Porozina, which takes about 1 hour. From there, take the ferry to Cres (ferry tickets are approximately 50 HRK). After arriving in Cres, you can either walk to Fontana Jadran, which is located in the city center, or take a local taxi for a short ride.
