From People's Square (Narodni trg), walk east along Široka ulica (also known as Kalelarga), the main street of Zadar's Old Town. Continue until you reach the Land Gate (Kopnena vrata), the main historical entrance to the city. The walls are accessible from various points near the Land Gate. Walking along the walls is free.

From the main bus terminal, take a local bus towards the Old Town. Several bus lines stop near the city walls. Get off at the closest stop to the Land Gate. A single bus ticket costs approximately €1.59. From there, it's a short walk to access the walls.
