If you're driving from Dubrovnik Riviera, start by heading north on the D8 highway. Follow the D8 for approximately 30 km until you reach the border crossing into Montenegro. After crossing the border, continue on the E65 road for about 10 km. Look for signs directing you to Perast, then turn left onto the road leading into the town. Keep an eye out for the Perast Viewpoint, which is located at coordinates 42.4876621, 18.6983119. There is free parking available near the viewpoint.
