Car
If you're traveling by car from Dubrovnik Riviera, start by heading north on the D8 road. Follow the signs toward the border crossing at Zaton. After about 12 km, you will reach the border with Montenegro at the Debeli Brijeg crossing. Note that there may be a small fee for crossing the border (approximately €2-€5 for cars). Once you cross into Montenegro, continue on the E65 route for about 15 km until you reach the town of Herceg Novi. Stradioti is an island off the coast of Herceg Novi, so you will need to park your car in Herceg Novi and take a boat to the island. Make sure to check the local boat schedules as they can vary, especially during off-peak seasons.

To reach Stradioti using public transportation, take a bus from any location in Dubrovnik Riviera to the city of Dubrovnik. From the main bus station in Dubrovnik, catch a bus heading to Herceg Novi (check the schedule as it may vary). The bus ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours and costs approximately €10-€15. Once you arrive in Herceg Novi, you’ll need to find a local boat service that operates trips to Stradioti. Be sure to confirm the boat times and ticket prices, as they can differ.
