From the Cetinje city center, head east towards the main road, Njegoševa Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the Tivat road. Turn left onto the Tivat road and walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass a few shops and cafes along the way. Keep walking straight, and you'll see signs pointing towards Tivat. After around 20 minutes of walking, you will reach the edge of Tivat. Continue on the same road, and soon you will arrive at Župa Park, which will be on your right.

From Cetinje, you can take a local bus to Tivat. Head to the main bus station in Cetinje located near the city center. Look for the bus heading to Tivat; they run frequently throughout the day. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Tivat bus station, exit and turn left. Walk down the main street, and in about 10 minutes, you will reach Župa Park on your right side.
