Walking
From Pile Gate, the main entrance to the Old Town, follow Ul. Vrata od Pila, which turns into Ul. Svetog Dominika. Continue onto Ul. Između Vrata, then turn left onto Ul. Petra Krešimira IV. Turn right onto Jadranska Cesta. Walk along Jadranska Cesta for approximately 15 minutes. The viewpoint will be on your right. Note that this involves a steep uphill walk.

Public Transport
From Pile Gate, take bus number 5 towards Viktorija. The bus ride takes approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Gradac' bus stop on Jadranska Cesta. Walk a short distance (about 2 minutes) to the viewpoint. A single bus ticket purchased in advance costs €1.73, or €2.50 if purchased from the driver.

From Pile Gate, a taxi ride to the viewpoint on Jadranska Cesta typically takes around 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. Expect to pay approximately €10-€15. Note that taxis cannot enter the Old Town itself, so you'll need to take one from a designated taxi stand outside Pile Gate.
