If you are in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, head to the Pile Gate, the main entrance to the city. From there, follow the signs to the cable car station, which is about a 10-minute walk. Once you reach the cable car station, purchase a ticket and board the cable car that will take you directly to the top of Mount Srđ. The ride offers stunning views of the Old Town and the Adriatic Sea. Upon arrival at the top, follow the signs to Fort Imperial, which is a short walk from the cable car station.

From the Old Town, you can take the local bus number 8 from the Pile Gate bus stop towards the cable car station (the bus will have 'Srđ' or 'Gondola' written on it).
