If you're starting from the Old Town (the city center), head towards Pile Gate, which is the main entrance to the Old Town. From Pile Gate, walk straight on the main street, Stradun, until you reach the end of the street. Turn right onto Ulica od Tabakarije. Continue walking until you see signs for Fort Lovrijenac. The fort is situated on a cliff just outside the city walls, and you will see the entrance as you approach.

If you are near the Dubrovnik Cable Car station, exit the station and walk back towards the Old Town. Follow the signs to Pile Gate as described above. Once you reach Pile Gate, continue as per the previous description to reach Fort Lovrijenac.
