To reach Lokrum Island, start by making your way to the Old Port (Gradska Luka) of Dubrovnik, which is located just a short walk from the historic Old Town. From the Ploče Gate (the east entrance to the Old Town), walk down the hill towards the coast, following the signs to the Old Port. Once you arrive at the Old Port, look for the ticket booth for the Lokrum ferry, which operates regularly throughout the day.
