Getting there

Walking

If you are starting from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, make your way to the Pile Gate, which is the main entrance to the Old Town. Exit through the gate and once you are outside, you will see the road leading to the cable car station. Follow the road towards the cable car station, which is about a 10-minute walk from the Pile Gate. Once you reach the cable car station, purchase a ticket and take the cable car up to Srđ. The ride will offer you breathtaking views of Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. Upon reaching the top, you will find yourself at Srđ, where you can enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the city and the Adriatic Sea.

Bus

From the Old Town, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Pile. Look for the local bus line number 2, which travels towards the cable car station. The bus stops at the base of the cable car. The bus ride is approximately 5-10 minutes. Once you arrive at the cable car station, you can purchase your ticket and take the cable car to the top of Srđ. This option is great if you want a quick and easy way to reach the cable car station without having to walk.
