If you are traveling by car, navigate to Gorski Kotar region. From the town of Delnice, head southeast on D3 towards the town of Vrbovsko. Upon reaching Vrbovsko, continue on D3 for about 14 km until you reach the intersection with the unnamed road. Turn left onto the unnamed road, where you will find signs directing you towards Čačina Splav / The Čača raft. Continue straight for approximately 5 km, and you will arrive at the Čača raft location. There is free parking available near the raft.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Rijeka to Delnice. Once in Delnice, you will need to catch a local bus to Vrbovsko. From Vrbovsko, you can either arrange a taxi to take you to Čačina Splav / The Čača raft (approximately 14 km away) or check if there are any local buses that head towards the unnamed road. Note that schedules for local buses may be limited, so plan accordingly. Taxi rides will typically cost around 100 HRK. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
