    If you are in the center of Hvar town, start by heading towards the main square (Trg Sveti Stjepana). From the square, walk down the street towards the waterfront. Continue walking along the waterfront promenade (Riva) until you reach the ferry port. Once at the ferry port, take a ferry to Split. The ferry ride takes about 1 hour. Upon arrival in Split, exit the ferry terminal and walk straight along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Obala Lazareta. Turn right onto Obala Lazareta and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Glagoljaška ul. Turn left onto Glagoljaška ul, and you will find the Croatian Maritime Museum at number 18 on your left.

    From Hvar town, walk to the main bus station located near the waterfront. Purchase a ticket for a bus to Split. The bus ride takes approximately 1.5 hours. Upon arrival at the Split bus station, exit and walk towards the ferry terminal located nearby. Once there, take the ferry to Hvar. After reaching the ferry terminal in Hvar, follow the walking directions above to reach the Croatian Maritime Museum at Glagoljaška ul. 18.
