Getting There

Walking

From the center of Hvar town, head towards the main square (Trg Sv. Stjepana). Once you reach the square, take the path leading towards the harbor. Walk along the waterfront until you reach the ferry terminal. Take a ferry to Omiš, which usually takes around 1 hour. Once you arrive at Omiš, exit the ferry terminal and head towards the main road (D8). Turn left and follow the road until you reach the sign for Vangrad. Walk uphill on Vangrad for approximately 10-15 minutes. The Mirabela Fortress will be on your right.
Public Transport

From Hvar, go to the bus station located near the main square. Take a bus to Split, which is about a 1-hour ride. When you arrive in Split, switch to a bus heading to Omiš, which typically takes around 30 minutes. Once in Omiš, exit the bus station and follow the main road (D8) to your left towards Vangrad. Walk uphill for about 10-15 minutes, and you will see the Mirabela Fortress on your right side.
Taxi/Transfer

If you prefer a more direct option, you can arrange for a taxi or private transfer from Hvar to Omiš. Taxis can be booked from your hotel or through local services. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Omiš, you can ask the driver to drop you off at Vangrad, which is close to the Mirabela Fortress. From the drop-off point, it's a short walk uphill to the fortress.
