Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Makarska, head east towards the main street, D8. Once you reach D8, turn left and follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bus station. At the bus station, look for a bus heading to 'Naklice' or 'Cetina River Canyon'. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Naklice, disembark at the nearest bus stop and follow the signs towards the Cetina River Canyon, which is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

• Cycling

  Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Makarska. Once you have a bike, head east towards D8. Turn left on D8 and cycle along the coast for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bus station. From there, continue on the same road for another 10 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the direction to the Cetina River Canyon. The route is mostly flat and should take approximately 30 to 40 minutes by bike.

• Public Transport

  Make your way to the main bus station in Makarska, located near the waterfront. Purchase a ticket for a bus to 'Naklice' or directly to 'Cetina River Canyon'. Buses run regularly, so check the timetable posted at the station. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Naklice, follow the road signs to the canyon, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
