From the main square (Trg Sv. Stjepana) in Hvar town, head east towards the waterfront. Follow the promenade along the harbor until you reach the bus station. From there, take the local bus towards Žrnovo. The bus will take you through the scenic countryside, and you will need to get off at the Žrnovo stop. Once you arrive in Žrnovo, follow the signs for Nature reserve Kočje, which is a short walk from the bus stop. Look for the paths leading into the nature reserve.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Hvar town. Start at the main square and head towards the bus station. From there, take the road leading out of town towards Žrnovo. It's about a 5 km ride, and you will enjoy beautiful views along the way. Once you reach Žrnovo, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Nature reserve Kočje, which is easily accessible by bike.
