From the center of Makarska, head east towards the waterfront promenade (Riva). Walk along the promenade until you reach the bus station. From there, look for the local bus service that goes to Lumbarda. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop for Podstrana. Walk a short distance towards the address Podstrana 233, and you will find Bire Winery on your left.
