From the center of Makarska, head towards the bus station located on Obala kralja Tomislava. Once there, take the local bus heading to Lumbarda. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. After you reach Lumbarda, disembark at the stop closest to the village center. From here, continue walking towards the main road. Follow the signs for Podstrana. The Bire winery is located at Podstrana 233, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. You will see the winery on your left side as you approach the address.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Makarska. Start from the center and head towards the main road leading out of town towards Lumbarda. Follow the cycling paths, which will take you along the coast. The ride is about 7 km and should take around 30-40 minutes. Once you get to Lumbarda, look for Podstrana 233. The winery will be on your left as you enter the area.
