From Hvar Town, head to the main square (Trg Sv. Stjepana). Walk towards the waterfront promenade (Riva), and follow the path along the water until you reach the ferry port. At the ferry port, look for signs indicating the direction to Gornje Selo. There are local buses that run from the ferry port to Gornje Selo, which is about a 15-20 minute ride. Once you are in Gornje Selo, get off at the closest bus stop and walk about 5 minutes towards Put Grohota. Olynthia Olive Oil is located at Put Grohota 16, which should be on your left.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Hvar Town. Start from the main square (Trg Sv. Stjepana) and head towards the waterfront promenade (Riva). Follow the path along the water, then take the road leading to the ferry port. From there, follow the main road signs towards Gornje Selo. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Gornje Selo, look for Put Grohota, which is a short ride from the main road, located at number 16.
