If you are in the center of Hvar town, head towards the waterfront promenade (Riva). Follow the promenade along the coast heading east. When you reach the end of the promenade, continue walking straight until you reach the main road, which is called D116. Turn right onto D116 and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You'll pass several shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for signs to Split. Once you reach the end of the road, you will find a ferry terminal. From here, you can take a ferry to Split.

From Hvar town, locate the main bus station which is close to the harbor. You can take a bus to the nearby town of Stari Grad. The buses run frequently. Once you arrive in Stari Grad, walk to the ferry terminal located nearby and take a ferry to Split. The ferry journey will take approximately 30 minutes.

From Hvar town, you can hire a taxi boat from the harbor. Ask around at the dock for local taxi boat services. The boat will take you directly to Split's waterfront.
