Getting There

  • Walking

    From the main square in Hvar (Trg Sv Stjepana), walk towards the waterfront promenade (Riva). Follow the Riva to the end, and then head straight up the hill on the path leading towards the fortress. Continue walking uphill until you reach the intersection with the main road (D116). At this point, turn left and walk along D116 until you reach the bus station. At the bus station, catch the bus to Split. The bus ride will take around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Split, head towards the city center and follow signs to the Poljud Stadium, located at 8 Mediteranskih Igara 2. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the bus station, walking along Ulica Kralja Tomislava and then turning left onto Mediteranskih Igara.

    From Hvar, take a ferry from the Hvar harbor to Split. The ferry ride takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Split ferry terminal, exit the terminal and walk straight ahead to the main road (Obala Lazareta). Head left on this road until you reach the intersection with Ulica Kralja Tomislava. Turn right and continue walking until you reach the bus station. From there, catch a local bus towards Poljud Stadium or continue walking straight along D116 to reach the stadium after about a 20-minute walk.
