Getting There

Walking
From Hvar Town, head towards the main square (Trg Svetog Stjepana). Take the street leading east from the square, called Ulica Dinka Šimunovića. Follow this street until you reach the waterfront promenade (Riva). Continue walking along the promenade until you see the ferry terminal. From here, you can take a ferry to Stari Grad, which is about a 20-minute ride. Once you arrive at Stari Grad, head towards the bus station nearby. Catch a local bus towards Nerežišća. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop for Nerežišća. From the bus stop, walk along D114 road heading southeast for about 1.5 kilometers. Uvala Smrka will be on your left, identifiable by its beach area.

Rent a bicycle in Hvar Town. Start at the main square (Trg Svetog Stjepana) and take Ulica Dinka Šimunovića towards the waterfront. Follow the promenade until you reach the ferry terminal. Board the ferry to Stari Grad and ride for about 20 minutes. Upon arrival at Stari Grad, cycle towards Nerežišća via the main road (D116) for about 10 kilometers. Turn onto D114 road and continue for 1.5 kilometers until you reach Uvala Smrka on your left.
