Do you want adrenaline? This is your experience!!!! you will love it 💪🏾
Incredible experience, water shoes and a headscarf are necessary because they put a helmet on you and it is better with a scarf underneath….. experience not for elderly people since there is an experience with a rock with a cave crossing with freezing water and crossing by climbing between stones….. quite complicated for an elderly person….. who is not used to this. Everything else about this experience was brutal….. luckily our guide spoke Spanish because he lived in Tenerife for 20 years…… It couldn't be better, the guide was the best….. without a doubt 100 percent recommended.
