If you are driving from Opatija, take the D66 road towards Rijeka. When you reach Rijeka, follow the signs for the D507 towards Cres. Once on the D507, continue until you reach the ferry terminal in Brestova. Take the ferry to Porozina on Cres Island. After disembarking, drive towards Cres town and follow signs for the D100 road heading north. Continue on the D100, and turn onto the road leading to Sis. The entire journey will take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, including the ferry ride. The ferry ticket costs around 30 HRK for a car and driver.
