If you are traveling by car within Lika, start your journey from the town of Gospić, which is centrally located. Head towards the D50 road and continue on it for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the town of Otočac. From Otočac, take the D23 road heading south towards the village of Klada. As you approach Klada, follow the signs directing you to Veliki Zavižan. The final stretch will involve a narrow road, so drive cautiously. There is no entrance fee to Veliki Zavižan, but parking may incur a small fee, depending on the season.
