Car
From any location in the Makarska Riviera, take the D8 coastal road heading towards the town of Omišalj. Follow the signs for the A1 highway. Merge onto the A1 highway towards the direction of Split and then toward Mostar. After approximately 50 km, take the exit for Čitluk/Međugorje. Follow the signs for Međugorje. Once you arrive in the town, look for signs leading to Bijakovići. Apparition Hill is located at 5MHR+967, which is a short drive or walk from the center of Međugorje.

To reach Apparition Hill using public transportation, first head to the main bus station in Makarska. Take a bus towards Mostar or Čitluk; these buses frequently run throughout the day. Once you arrive at the Čitluk bus station, you can either take a local taxi or walk approximately 30 minutes to the center of Međugorje. From there, follow the signs to Apparition Hill, which is about a 15-minute walk from the center of town.
