Walking
Start at the main square in Makarska, Trg Frankopana. Head east on Ulica Dinka Šimunovića towards the waterfront. Continue along the promenade (Riva) until you reach the end of the beach. From there, follow the signs for the bus station (Autobusni Kolodvor) which is to the left. Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket to Omiš. The bus ride will take about 45 minutes. Upon arrival in Omiš, you can ask locals for directions to Rafting Pirate Meeting Point A, which is located near the river and should be clearly marked. Alternatively, you can use a map application on your phone for precise navigation.

From Makarska, go to the bus station located near the waterfront. Purchase a ticket for a bus to Omiš. Buses run regularly throughout the day. Once you arrive at Omiš bus station, exit and turn left onto Ulica Josipa Pupačića, walking towards the river. Continue straight until you reach the riverbank, where you will see signage for Rafting Pirate Meeting Point A. It’s a short walk along the riverfront, and you can enjoy the scenic views as you go.
