Walking
From the center of Makarska, head east on D8 (the main road) towards the direction of Split. Continue walking along the road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Vepric. Look for signs that indicate 'Vepric' as you walk. Once you reach the intersection, turn left onto the road that leads up towards the shrine. Follow this road for another 1 kilometer until you arrive at the Vepric - Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, which will be on your right.

From Makarska city center, walk to the nearest bus stop located on D8. Take the local bus that heads towards the direction of Tucepi or Drasnice. Ask the driver to drop you off at the stop closest to Vepric, which is usually marked. After getting off the bus, you may need to walk for about 10-15 minutes up the hill on the road leading to the shrine. Follow the signs for 'Vepric' during your walk.
