From the center of Makarska, head south towards the main beach (Makarska Riva). Walk along the promenade for about 10 minutes until you reach the bus station. Once you arrive at the stop for Vranjaca Cave, follow the signs leading to the cave, which will be a short 15-minute walk uphill from the bus stop.
