Start from the main square, Trg Frankopana, in the center of Makarska. Head southeast on Obala Kralja Tomislava, which runs along the waterfront. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Ulica D8. At this intersection, turn left onto Ulica D8 and follow it for about 400 meters. You will see signs for St. Peter Forest Park. Keep walking straight, and you will eventually come to the entrance of the park on your right.
