Walking
If you are starting from the Opatija waterfront promenade (Lungomare), walk towards the Hotel Kvarner, which is a well-known landmark. From the hotel, continue along the promenade in the direction of the main beach area (Slatina). After about 10 minutes, you will see a pathway leading up to the right, away from the beach. Follow this path until it curves left and leads you to a small rocky area near the sea.

Take a local bus to the nearest stop to A bench on the rocks. The closest stop is 'Opatija - Črnikovica.' From the bus stop, head south along the coast, following the pedestrian path. It will take approximately 15 minutes to reach the rocky area where A bench on the rocks is located. Look for signs directing toward the sea.
