From the center of Opatija, head to the main promenade known as Lungomare. Walk along the promenade towards the east, enjoying the beautiful coastal views. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the small village of Ičići. Here, you will find signs pointing towards the beach areas. Follow the signs leading to 'Brseč' and the nearby beaches.

From Opatija, take a local bus from the Opatija bus station towards the town of Lovran. The bus ride will take around 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at Lovran, transfer to another bus heading towards 'Brseč' or 'Zagore.' Make sure to check the bus schedule for the most recent times. After about 15-20 minutes, you’ll reach the bus stop closest to the beach Stupova. From there, it is a short walk downhill towards the coast.

Rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Opatija. Start your ride along the Lungomare promenade heading towards the east. After reaching Ičići, take the bike path leading towards Brseč. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace. Once you arrive in Brseč, follow the signs to the beach Stupova, which is located close to the shore.
