Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the center of Opatija, start at the famous Lungomare promenade. Head towards the south along the coast, enjoying the beautiful sea views. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade at the intersection with Ul. Maršala Tita, where you will see a large park area. From here, turn left onto Ul. Maršala Tita and walk approximately 300 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Ulica I. S. Turgenjeva. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach another intersection. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards 'Opatijska Kamelija.' You will continue to follow signs leading you down Unnamed Road, where Opatijska Kamelija is located at the end of this road. The attraction should be visible as you approach the area.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From the main bus station in Opatija, board one of the local buses heading towards the Opatija area. You can take bus lines that stop near the Lungomare promenade. Ask the driver for the nearest stop to Opatijska Kamelija, as the buses frequently service the town's attractions. Once you get off at the stop closest to the promenade, follow the walking directions provided earlier from the Lungomare promenade to reach Opatijska Kamelija. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance to plan your trip accordingly.

• Bicycle Rental

  If you prefer cycling, there are several bicycle rental shops located along the Lungomare promenade. Rent a bicycle and ride along the promenade heading south. You will follow similar directions to the walking route: continue along the coast until you reach Ul. Maršala Tita. From there, turn left and ride straight until you reach Ulica I. S. Turgenjeva. Follow the signs for Opatijska Kamelija, which will lead you down Unnamed Road to your destination. The bicycle ride will allow you to enjoy the scenic views of Opatija while reaching your destination quickly.
