If you are starting from the Opatija waterfront promenade (Lungomare), head east towards the Hotel Kvarner. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the main road, Ulica Maršala Tita. Turn left onto Ulica Maršala Tita and walk for about 500 meters. Look for the sign indicating Ulica Ive Kaline on your right. Turn onto Ulica Ive Kaline and continue straight for about 200 meters until you reach Perivoj Bulgaria.

From the Opatija bus station, take any bus heading towards the center of Opatija. Get off at the stop 'Opatija - Slatina'. From there, walk towards the coast and follow the promenade eastward until you reach Ulica Maršala Tita. Turn left onto Ulica Maršala Tita and walk for about 500 meters. Look for Ulica Ive Kaline on your right and turn onto it. Continue straight for about 200 meters to reach Perivoj Bulgaria.
