Walking
Start from the center of Opatija, at the main promenade known as Lungomare. Walk towards the north-east direction along the promenade until you reach the Hotel Kvarner. From there, turn left onto the street named Ulica J. E. T. - Jurića, and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will pass through a residential area with beautiful views of the sea. Keep an eye out for signs leading to hiking trails. The unnamed road leading to Stubište Stari put will be on your right. Follow this path until you reach your destination, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

Public Transportation
From the center of Opatija, head to the nearest bus stop which is located near the Hotel Adriatic. Take bus number 32 heading towards Matulji. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Matulji, ul. Stari put' stop. From there, you will need to walk back down the road for around 10 minutes until you reach Stubište Stari put. Look for the signs indicating the hiking area as you approach.
