From Opatija, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located near the main promenade (Lungomare). Look for buses headed towards Vranja or the surrounding areas. You can take the bus line 32 or similar routes that stop in Vranja. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to ask the driver to notify you when you reach Vranja.

Walking
Once you arrive at the Vranja bus stop, disembark and head south on the main road (D75). Follow the signs or use a map to guide you. You will need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of Vela Draga, which is well-marked. The walk should take around 20-25 minutes.

If you prefer a more scenic route, after getting off the bus in Vranja, instead of heading directly south, follow the local paths that lead through the natural landscape. This route may take a bit longer, around 30-35 minutes, but it offers beautiful views of the surrounding area.
