From the entrance of Plitvice Lakes National Park, take the D1 road towards Slunj. Drive for approximately 30 minutes (around 25 km). As you approach Slunj, follow signs for Rastoke. Once in Rastoke, look for signs directing you to Stari Mlin (Old Mill). The mill is located at Rastoke 25, 47240 Slunj. There is parking available near the location.

To reach Stari Mlin using public transportation, take a bus from the main bus station in Plitvice Lakes National Park to Slunj. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Slunj, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or take a local taxi to get to Rastoke. To walk, head towards the direction of Rastoke village, and follow the signs to Stari Mlin at Rastoke 25.
