Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head towards the center of Poreč. From the main square (Trg slobode), take the west exit onto Ul. Matije Gupca. Follow this road for approximately 1 km. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Ul. Antonia Smareglia. Continue straight for another 500 meters, then turn left onto Ul. V. Nazora. The Monument will be on your right-hand side, just past the intersection with Ul. B. Vlahovica. There is street parking available nearby, but be mindful of local parking regulations. Expect to pay around 10 kuna per hour for parking.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, start at the Poreč bus station located on Ul. Matije Gupca. You can take bus line 1 or 2, which frequently runs towards the center. Get off at the stop named 'Trg slobode'. From there, walk west along Ul. Matije Gupca for about 10 minutes until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Ul. Antonia Smareglia and continue straight for approximately 500 meters. Turn left onto Ul. V. Nazora, and you will find the Monument on your right. The bus ticket costs around 10 kuna.

• Walking

  If you are already in the vicinity of Poreč, you can easily walk to the Monument. Start from the main square (Trg slobode) and head west onto Ul. Matije Gupca. After about 1 km, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Ul. Antonia Smareglia and walk straight for about 500 meters. Turn left onto Ul. V. Nazora, and the Monument will be on your right side shortly after the intersection. This walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
