Car
To reach Odysseus Cave by car, start from the center of Posavina. Head southwest on the D120 road towards Babino Polje. Continue on D120 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach Babino Polje. Once you arrive in Babino Polje, follow the signs to Odysseus Cave. The cave is located at Babino Polje bb, 20225. There is free parking available near the cave entrance.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from the main bus station in Posavina to Babino Polje. The bus ride takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Babino Polje bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach Odysseus Cave. Follow the signs toward the cave or ask locals for directions. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance to ensure you have a return trip.
Walking
If you are already in Babino Polje and wish to walk to Odysseus Cave, start from the center of the village. Head southwest toward the coastline, following the signs for Odysseus Cave. The walk is approximately 1 kilometer and will take about 15-20 minutes. The path is scenic and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area.
