The Roman Theater is located near the Pula Citadel (Kaštel), making it easily accessible on foot from the city center. From the Arch of the Sergii, walk north towards the Citadel. The theater is situated on the slope below the fortress. There are no entrance fees for the Roman Theater.

From there, walk uphill towards the Pula Citadel; the Roman Theater is located on the slope below. A single bus ticket costs €2.
