From Rovinj, head southeast on the D303 road towards Pula. Continue on the D303 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Pula. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards the city center. Follow the signs to 'Centar' and merge onto Ulica Flavijevska. After approximately 1 km, turn left onto Ulica Sergijevaca. The James Joyce monument will be located on your left at number 67.
