From the center of Rovinj, head to the main bus station located at Obala Alda Rismonda. Take bus number 61 towards Pula. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to get off at the Premantura stop. Once you arrive, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Cape Kamenjak, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Rovinj. Head south along the coastal path towards the town of Valbandon. Continue along the bike path, following the signs to Premantura. The distance is about 10 km and will take around 40 minutes. Once you reach Premantura, follow the signs to Cape Kamenjak.

The distance is about 12 km and will take approximately 2 hours. Once you reach Premantura, ask locals for directions to Cape Kamenjak as it is well-known in the area.
