From the center of Rovinj, head southeast towards the waterfront. You can start at the Rovinj Old Town, which is a popular area for tourists. Walk down the cobblestone streets towards the harbor. Once you reach the waterfront promenade, turn left and continue walking along the coast. Follow the path for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the town of Piran. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Tartinijev trg, which is the main square. The Port Piran will be right at Tartinijev trg 1.

From Rovinj, walk to the main bus station located near the city center. Catch a bus to Piran. The bus journey will take around 30 to 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Piran bus station, exit and head towards the sea. Walk straight down to the waterfront, and you'll see signs pointing you towards Tartinijev trg. Follow those signs for a short walk of about 10 minutes to reach Port Piran at Tartinijev trg 1.
