The Batana Eco-Museum is located at Obala Pina Budicina 2, in the heart of Rovinj's old town. From Trg Maršala Tita (main square), walk east along the waterfront promenade. The museum will be on your left, a short walk from the Little Pier (Mali Mol). The area is pedestrian-friendly.

Rovinj's bus station is located approximately 1.4km from the city center. From the bus station, you can reach the Batana Eco-Museum by walking. Head southwest towards the old town. Once you reach the old town, follow the waterfront promenade to Obala Pina Budicina. The museum will be on your left. A local bus service is also available, but walking is the most convenient way to reach the museum.
