    If you are starting from the main square, Riva, walk east along the waterfront promenade until you reach the end of the promenade. From there, turn left onto the street called Obala Hrvatskog narodnog preporoda. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ulica Kralja Tomislava. Turn right onto Ulica Kralja Tomislava and walk straight until you reach the entrance to Diocletian's Palace. Enter through the Silver Gate (Srebrna vrata), and you will find yourself in the heart of Ancient Split.

    If you are near the Cathedral of Saint Domnius, head towards the Peristyle, which is located just outside the cathedral. The Peristyle is a central square of Ancient Split and serves as a great entrance to explore the surrounding historical landmarks.

    From the bus station or train station, walk towards the east along the main street, Ulica Domovinskog rata. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ulica Kralja Tomislava. Turn left onto Ulica Kralja Tomislava and follow the street until you arrive at the entrance of Diocletian's Palace, where you can explore Ancient Split.

    If you are in the area of the Green Market (Pazar), exit the market and head towards the west to the main street, Ulica Kralja Tomislava. Walk straight down this street for a few minutes until you see the entrance to Diocletian's Palace on your right. This will lead you directly into Ancient Split.
