If you are starting from the Riva (the waterfront promenade), head southeast towards the Diocletian's Palace. Once you reach the palace, enter through the Golden Gate (Zlatna vrata). After entering, proceed straight until you reach the Peristyle, the central square of the palace. From the Peristyle, walk towards the north exit of the palace, and take a left onto Ul. Iza Vestibula. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will find Diocletian's Cellars on your right at Ul. Iza Vestibula 3.
