Walking
If you are starting from the Riva Promenade, head towards the eastern end of the promenade, where you will find the entrance to Diocletian's Palace. Enter the palace through the Silver Gate (Srebrna vrata). Once inside, walk straight ahead until you reach the Peristyle, the central square of the palace. From there, take a right and follow the narrow street until you reach Bajamontijeva ul. The Iron Gate Palace Marker is located at Bajamontijeva ul. 2, just a short walk from the Peristyle.
Walking
If you are at the Split Archaeological Museum, exit the museum and turn left onto the main road (Obala Hrvatskog Narodnog Preporoda). Walk straight until you reach the entrance to Diocletian's Palace at the Silver Gate (Srebrna vrata). Enter the palace and follow the same route as mentioned above: proceed straight to the Peristyle, take a right, and continue to Bajamontijeva ul. The Iron Gate Palace Marker will be at number 2.

From the main bus station (Autobusni kolodvor Split), exit the station and walk towards the waterfront. Take a left and follow the promenade until you reach the Riva. From the Riva, head east towards Diocletian's Palace and enter through the Silver Gate (Srebrna vrata). Once inside the palace, follow the same route to the Peristyle, then take a right and walk to Bajamontijeva ul. The marker is at number 2.

If you are at the Croatian National Theatre, walk down Trg Gaje Bulata heading towards the waterfront. Once you reach the promenade, turn left and walk towards the eastern end until you reach Diocletian's Palace. Enter through the Silver Gate (Srebrna vrata) and navigate to the Peristyle. Take a right from the Peristyle and proceed to Bajamontijeva ul. The Iron Gate Palace Marker will be at Bajamontijeva ul. 2.
