If you are in the heart of Old Town, start at the famous Peristyle Square, located just outside the Cathedral of Saint Domnius. From Peristyle, head towards the narrow street named Iza Vestibula. Continue straight on this street for about 200 meters. You will see a sign for Diocletian's Cellars (Ul. Iza Vestibula 3) on your right. The entrance is a bit hidden, so look for the doorway marked with the sign.

While public transport is not typically needed to reach Diocletian's Cellars from Old Town due to the short distance, if you are coming from a farther location such as the Split Bus Station, you can take a local bus to the 'Obala Hrvatskog narodnog preporoda' stop. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Diocletian's Cellars. Follow the waterfront promenade, then head into the Old Town through the main gate (Golden Gate) and continue to Peristyle Square before following the previous walking directions.
